The Byzantine process by which this developer has come to this project is just ridiculous. Some weird back door
from the 1970's is not a reasonable justification for knocking down acres of forest right ON TOP of the Eno River.
The Westpoint project goes against every interest Durham has - environmental, communal, recreational,
reservational and so on.
Do not allow this project to go forward.
