Dear Mr. Derylak:
We have made the necessary changes to the database reflecting the change in ownership of
the subject project in Union County. All requirements and conditions of the 401 Water Quality
Certification (approval) issued on March 12, 2021, transfer to new ownership.
The Division has determined that the proposed project and impacts will comply with water
quality requirements covered by Water Quality General Certification Number(s) 4135 & 41390
and the conditions sited in the approval letter. This certification(s) is associated with the use of
General Permit Number 14 & 29 once it is issued to you by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The following proposed impacts were approved. No other impacts are approved, including
incidental impacts. [15A NCAC 02H .0506(b)]
