Attached please find a Letter of Authorization for CAMA Major Permit 81-19 authorizing a
complete set of updated drawings to replace all of the workplan drawings currently authorized by
CAMA Major Permit 81-19, which was originally issued on October 14, 2019. According to the
NCDOT request, the workplan drawings have incurred revisions including but not limited to the
drainage designs, right-of-way/easements, utility designs, updated labels, and updated contact
information. The requested revisions would not result in any additional impacts to wetlands or open
waters.
