Currently Phase I is moving forward, a majority of the remainder of the development has been on -hold for economic reasons. Although we have not included this impact area within this application, we have identified the potential future impact area for this development. Please note that the applicant for Phase I doesn't own any of the additional parcels within Traditions and the original permittee /developer has no timeframe as to when additional phases will move forward through the local or federal & state agency permitting process.
