As per your request, | have updated the Project History,Gection8.5vvithinthePCNapp|icationandhave
provided sheet 4 for your review. Please note that the Project History is one section up from Section 8.6
however | wanted to utilize the blank space on page 4. The tables get confused and "fuse" to other tables
within the PCN if I wouldn't of done this way.

Traditions is a Master Planned Mixed -use development that was approved by the Town of Wake Forest in May 2008.
Currently Phase I is moving forward, a majority of the remainder of the development has been on -hold for economic
reasons. Please seethe attached "Subdivision Master Plan" and the identified `potential future Impact Area #5 ".
Although we have not included this impact area within this application, we have identified the potential future impact area
for this development. Please note that the applicant for Phase I doesn't own any of the additional parcels within
Traditions and the original permittee /developer has no timeframe as to when additional phases will move forward through
the local or federal & state agency permitting process.
