Division of Water Resources for the subject site. On March 26, 2013, Mr. Alan Johnson with this Office sent
an email to your representative (Marc Seelinger) requesting additional information that was needed in order
to process your application. As of the date of this letter, the information requested in Mr. Johnson's March
26`h email has not been received, therefore, your file is hereby considered withdrawn.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act for this
activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North Carolina General Statutes
and Administrative Code.
