So I found an old public notice for an individual isolated wetlands permit and we did list out the impacts.
Please read through this and make sure it is accurate, I'm looking through the other one now:
I. Public Notice: Water Quality Certification for City of Raleigh Brockton Drive Lake & Dam Project:
DWR # 2013 -0682: Raleigh, Wake County
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Raleigh (222 West Hargett Street, Room 301, Raleigh,
NC 27602) has applied to the North Carolina Division of Water Resources (DWR) for a 401 Water
Quality Certification, pursuant to Section 401 of the federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H
.0500. The activity for which this certification is sought is to permanently impact 63 linear feet of
stream, 3.9 acres of open water, 39,104.3 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse buffer and 8,767.2 square feet
of Zone 2 Neuse buffer and to temporarily impact 75 linear feet of stream, 0.41 acres of open water,
50,335.7 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse buffer and 17,254 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse buffer, to
provide maintenance on Upper Brockton Drive Lake and Lower Brockton Drive Lake. DWR must take
final action on the application prior to October 8, 2013.
The public is invited to comment in writing to DWR on the application described above. Comments
should be mailed to NC DWR, Attn: Jennifer Burdette, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27669-
1650 or emailed to iennifer.burdette @ncdenr.gov. Comments must be received by DWR no later
than close of business on September 20, 2013.

at the DWR Central Office and may be inspected with an appointment during normal business hours

may not be removed from any DWR office; copy machines are available for use. Copies of less than 25
