To whom it may concern:

I am responding to the enclosed NOV on behalf of the City of Saluda WWTP.

An intermittent failure of the flow meter transducer caused the flow proportional chlorine pump
to short the dosage of chlorine. The transducer was replaced on August 25, 2021. We believe the
issue has how been corrected is no longer an ongoing problem. The flow meter and chlorine
pump are now working together properly at all ranges of flow. The plant returned to compliance.
