This project is an expansion / improvement of an existing boating access facility. Expansion / improvement of
facility will have acceptable impacts to wildlife resource if previous permit conditions, including the February 15
- September 30 moratorium, are upheld. This area functions as a primary nursery area (PNA) and provides
habitat opportunities for several sensitive species including anadromous fish (including Atlantic sturgeon) and
freshwater mussels.
