See Ed Farris' note below. Last May when they were working at the pond is when they discovered the sink
hole. Last fall they cleared lots of brush which was choking the run-off ditch on the east side of the pond.
Again, I wlecome a good training. I have asked the Grounds Supervisor to do an inspection in the next week or
so to the best of his ability and to document it well so we can send that to you.

Mr Thompson called me this morning and the time line for the maintenance we performed was May last yr. He
stated that his road crew came to repair the sink hole we discovered while working at the pond (under Wayne
Memorial Dr and pond culvert) and had to stop repairs due to a ceremony at the monument (which likely was
the law enforcement ceremony conducted every yr in May).

Secondary to that we performed maintenance on the ditch in Nov 12 (removed brush and debris from the
grounds maintenance building to just beyond the bridge.
We mow weekly around the pond and weed-eat at least monthly around the peripheral. Also trash is picked up
every Friday around the pond (it seems that residents like to throw litter at the pond as they go down Wayne
Memorial Dr).
