Subject: City of Roxboro — MS4 Audit Results
Ms. Powell,
The City of Roxboro wishes to notify NC DEQ that the City will comply with the Notice of Compliance
issued on July 22, 2021, and the recommendations from this MS4 Audit done in May of 2021. The city
will review those items that were not audited as recommended to continue to improve the local MS4
program.
The City will submit a draft SWMP within 120 days of the NOC as requested.
