Thanks for reaching out! I am available either on 10/7 or 10/11 of next week. I am more than willing to meet you out on
the project to discuss the status of the construction, however not sure how much information I can provide in regards to
401 and 404 permits. Typically we deal directly with the Fayetteville Regional Land Quality when we have silt losses on
our projects. Since you work closely with the 401 and 404 Permits you might want to reach out to Art King as well
(acking@ncdot.gov)
Art is the Division 8 - (Division Environmental Officer and he deals directly with Division of Water Resources when there
is losses in permitted areas.
Please let me know if you still need to meet with me or you choose to meet with Art.
