I (Marathon Builders) have contracted with Lisa Huffman to make
repairs to her boat house located at 386 Charlotte Dr. Lake Lure, NC
28746. We will be removing the the exsiting piles under the boat
house, pouring new footings, installing new piles and then repairing
the deck bands. I have submitted a plan provided by Kim Warner P.E.
He feels this is the most effective repair for the boat house.
