This includes the sampling and reporting requirements of the above referenced permit as well as the reporting requirements of the overall Tank Farm Remedial Action Plan. Lee (w/ attachments) 2 PCS PHOSPHATE - TANK FARM REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN OUARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR THE INJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS May 2021— July 2021 The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen (14) withdrawal water wells located on the north side of the Tank Farm Area. Iniection Water Well System The injection water well system operated with the DPW Water - Ultraviolet Light Disinfection system during the period. Daily operational data are collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
