STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT
Public comment or obiection to the draft permit is invited.
Submit written comments to DEMLR at the email address
below. All comments received through August 30, 2021 will
be considered in the final determination regarding permit
issuance and permit provisions.
Application: The following Municipal Separate Storm Sewer
System (MS4) permitted entity has applied for an NPDES
MS4 permit renewal to discharge stormwater from their
jurisdictional area in Craven County. United States Marine
Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Permit Number NCS000314.
This MS4 discharges to receiving waters designated as: the
Neuse River, Slocum Creek, Hancock Creek and their tribu-
taries in the Neuse River Basin.
