On September 10, 2013, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received the application sets, maps and fee for the
above referenced project. A quick review of the application shows a Ron Hargrove signed and dated page 12 of 12. In
looking through the supplied project documentation, DWR does not see any mention of Ron Hargrove. It will be
necessary to supply an agent authorization letter /form from the owner recognizing Ron Hargrove as the signing agent.
DWR is not able to move forward with the application process until documentation is supplied. The agent authorization
letter /form may be scanned in and emailed to me.
