Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on October 11, 2021. Reid
Whitehead was present during the inspection. Brandon Dockery was also present during a portion of the inspection.
The following are items that need attention:
- ~ Station 200+00 RT - Unstable bank upstream of headwall needs repair and stabilization.
- ~ Station 186+50 - Impervious dikes need to be installed in permitted work areas (within the footprint of the approved
impacts). Stilling basin also needs to be re-installed to dewater work area. This was completed by the end of the day
10.11.21.
- ~ Station 147+25 RT -Remove sediment from above headwall and stabilize on site.
- ~ Station 139+00-142+00 RT - Maintain silt fence outlets below 2 slope drains. Add stone where needed.
- ~ Station 131+50 RT - Remove 57 stone from JS and repair outlet above JS and below basin.
