Michael,
I guess I need more coffee this morning. I just saw your email address and assumed that your first name was Stewart
(sorry about that).

Stewart,
I was looking over the additional information you provided on September 29, 2021. Everything looks good except for
one small issue:
Please upload the following PDFs using the form at the following web address (https://edocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW-
Supplemental-Upload):
- ATC Permit Application Form
- USGS Topographic map (as required per Section F,3 of the Application)
- Relevant plan sheets (as required per Section F,4-5)
- Property deed (as required per Section F,6)
- NOTE: You can also upload other submitted items (such as the provided wet pond calculations) if you would like
them to be included as reference materials, but you are not required to do so.
It is noted that electronic files were provided on a USB drive, however, per NCDEQ policy, we are not allowed to plug
USB drives into our computers since it poses a security risk (This is why we require all electronic files to be uploaded
through the portal provided at the provided web address).
There were no other noted issues with the submission. Once the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided
everything is still in order), we can issue the ATC permit.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Good Afternoon,
The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a Stormwater Management Authorization to
st
Construct (ATC) Permit Application for the subject project on September 1, 2021. A review of that information has
determined that the application is not complete. Attached is a letter describing the items that need to be submitted. If
you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. My contact information is listed below.
Thank you,
