Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 404 (Action ID 20215-02542) and Section 401 Individual Permit (DWR #
20160742 Ver 3) for designed changes related to the Cedar Cliff Auxiliary Spillway Upgrade Project (Project)
in Jackson County, North Carolina. See attachments for detailed project description and revised plans.
