Buffalo Creek Dairy - EWP Streambank Stabilization by the agent that submitted it. It has you
name and email within the application so it appears to be your.

Received this notification via our email address. The heading was Buffalo Creek Dairy, we are
Buffalo Creek Farm and Creamery, LLC.
We are both on Buffalo Creek so we need to determine if there is a mixup on farm names, email
addresses, etc. so the paperwork, email addresses, etc. are corrected. (We are scheduled to get
work done but not sure about Buffalo Creek Dairy.)
