Jim;
We are submitting the revised construction drawings for the Graceland Subdivision.
Your review comments dated July 12, 2021 have been addressed as noted below:
1. The project has been redesigned to not have any storm boxes connected
together except where the pipe crosses under the road. Curb outlets have been
approved for this project by NCDOT.
2. The surface waters have been delineated and shown on the plans. The 30'
vegetated buffer has been shown along the surface waters.
3. Updated and revised sheet included
