REGAN Secretary S. JAY ZIMMERMAN Director Enclosed please find a copy of the Compliance Sampling Inspection form from the inspection conducted on 5/11/2017. The Compliance Sampling Inspection was conducted by Mark Brantley of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0027103. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance. Comments • Facility was clean and neat in appearance at the time of the inspection. • Maintenance and ORC logs were up to date. Bench sheets for the months of October 2016 and January 2017 were compared to the monthly eDMR's and no transcription errors were found . • As part of the inspection, samples were taken and sent to the NC Division of Water Resources Laboratory for testing. The samples were collected using the facility's composite sampler.
