Explanation This project meets the NCG01 exemption as
defined in Clean Water Act (CWA) section
402(I)(2) for transmission facilities and
obtained coverage in error. The Line 452
project is now complete and vegetation has
been reestablished.
Additionally, another owner, Ryan
Companies US Inc., has obtained COC #
NCC215028 for Project Bronco on a same
parcel as the Line 452 project.
Therefore, Piedmont Natural Gas is
requesting termination of this project.

North Carolina General Statute 143-215.6E (i) provides that:

inaccurate any recording or monitoring deice or method required to be operated or maintained under this Article or rules of the
Commission implementing this Article shall be guiltyofa Class 2 misdemeanor which mayinclude a fine notto exceed ten thousand
dollars ($10,000).

the NPDES Stormwater Permit for the subject facility. I am familiar with the
information contained in this request and to the best of my knowledge and
belief such information is true, complete and accurate.
