Robert, Regarding the inspection report dated 10-04-21.
Permit Condition I, Schedule 1 and 2 were addressed April of 2018. Attached is the email thread
where we addressed the incorrect coordinates of Irr-7 and shortly after we mailed hard copies of
the Irrigation maps.
I'll discuss the certification with Joe. I remember seeing one a while back but will confirm.

Tessa, On page 2 of the current permit is a condition to submit a legal agreement between
KDHWWTP and the Town of Kill Devil Hills for disposal on IRR-7. I thought this was cleared up during
the draft review but I did not follow up properly and wish to do so now to clean up the permit.
There has never been irrigation on Town of Kill Devil Hills property and I believe the coordinates of
IRR 7 are the problem.
The actual location of IRR 7 is shown on attached Figure 1. The centroid coordinates are Lat
36.008266 deg and Long-75.669633 as noted and the property belongs to KDHWWP. A deed and
plat along with a parcel data sheet are attached.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need additional information and please let me know
what we need to do to correct the permit.
