David,
I do not need to make a site visit for this one, and agree with the delineation as submitted. Please
keep in mind that it may take 60-90 days for the issuance of a standalone JD, however the
delineation may be used for planning and permitting purposes. Should a permit verification be
needed a JD can be issued at the time of permit issuance.
