Re: Stallings Riparian Buffer Restoration Project

Dear Mr. Kulz,

EEP would like DWR to provide their input on the Stallings Buffer Restoration Project (grandfathered). The site has a
mitigation plan but the scope of the project has been scaled down to include only 32.5 acres of riparian buffer planting.
The site would generate 32.5 acres of riparian buffer credit. The mitigation plan was sent to DWR in January of 2012.
EEP can provide an electronic copy of the mitigation plan as needed.
