Sorry it's taken me a few days to get you the information you needed. Gets a little confusing going between offices. 0
Your first concern related to Plan Sheet 4 has been addressed see the attached plan sheen. I asked David Clodgo the PE from my office on the project) to
include the stream on the plan sheet which he didj. The label says "CL Ditch."
Your second concern was related to the drainage from the project. I've attached a profile view of the roundabout for your review. As you can see, there is
approximately 225LF of roadway that will drain back toward the stream that appears on the Soil Survey map doff projectj. The roundabout is the "high" point in
the project and acts as the ridgeline. There are "V" ditches that will be installed alongside the road where the project occurs, however, there is no overall net
increase in drainage as the project is actually removing pavement from the existing road) to make these traffic upgrades. Further, as you can see in the plan
view, there is an adjacent driveway pipe that is being installed /replaced and it is only 15" in diameter. If there was a lot of drainage coming off this project, that
pipe would be much larger. And finally, the ditches that are offsite of the project are not being upgraded, reworked or addressed in any manner. So, I would
think that would allow this to fall under the "draining to an existing conveyance" part of the Jordan rules, right?
