THE CONTRACTOR SHALL ENSURE THAT AREAS OUTSIDE OF THE LIMITS OF LAND DISTURBING AS WELL AS TREES SPECIFICALLY NOTED FOR PROTECTION ARE NOT ADVERSELY IMPACTED BY ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. ANY SPECIMEN TREES DAMAGED SHALL BE REPLACED IN KIND. 7.
