This office received a designer's certification from your consultant for the subject project. On March 12, 2014,
Roger Thorpe of the Washington Regional Office of the Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources
inspected the wet detention pond serving your office located at 270 Northside Park Drive in Elizabeth City, NC to
determine compliance with Stormwater Management Permit Number SW7110114, which was issued on February
8, 2011. The site inspection revealed that the wet detention pond is well operated and maintained and is in
compliance with stormwater permit SW7110114.
