Quarter Road, Lewiston, NC expires on January 13, 2021. This is a reminder that permit
renewal applications are due 180 days prior to expiration. We do not have a record of
receiving a renewal application.

The Washington Regional Office received a Coastal Stormwater Permit Application for W.E.
Partners II — Perdue Lewiston project on January 3, 2011. A preliminary review of that
information has determined that the application is not complete. The following information is
needed to continue the stormwater review:
The impervious areas as listed in table on page 3 of 6 of the Stormwater
Application are totaling 129,892 square feet, not 110,207 as shown. Please
revise.
2. Provide a note on plans to clarify if wetlands exist on site.
Provide a cross section detail for the roads and also provide spot elevations on
the road to clarify if all of the impervious area runoff will be collected.
4. Provide two copies of signed and sealed revised sheets and requested
document.
