The corrugated metal control device appears to be in good structural condition. The trash rack was
properly attached. Previously noted cattails in the vicinity of the inlet have been removed.

The inlet headwall located on the dam side of the pond was found in good structural condition. The rip -
rap apron located in this area has been recently dredged of any obstructions.

Landscaper's Maintenance Punch List
1. (Monthly) Check both inlets and remove any cattails growing in between the rock in
the rock apron.
2. (Quarterly) Remove any debris, trash and plant material that may obstruct the low
flow draw -down device & orifice. (PVC stem at riser)
3. (Annually) Remove any invasive plant material growing in the pond while leaving
healthy wetland plants (Rush, Duck Potato, etc.) along the waters edge.

Photo above shows the corrugated metal pipe style riser structure. The trash rack is shown to be free of debris
The riser structure itself is in good condition. The water surface area shown near the riser structure was
previously covered with nuisance algae and mosquito fern. The algae and mosquito fern have been physically
removed from the pond. Cattails were also cut from the area to leave an unobstructed outlet structure.
