Sullins Director February 16, 2010 Subject: Stormwater Inspection Stormwater Permit No SW7070607 High Density Project Pamlico County Dee Freeman On February 11, 2010 Amy Adams of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) inspected a proposed development known as Cutter Bay Subdivision and Marina, Pamlico County, North Carolina. This project was inspected for compliance with the Stormwater Permit S W7070607 issued to you on July 23, 2007 for the development and operation of wet detention pond to serve the High Density development of the Cutter Bay Subdivision site. The inspection revealed that the project has not yet been completed. As such, you will be rescheduled for an inspection at a later date. This office would like to remind you that you are limited to the impacts proposed in your application and you must comply with all operation and maintenance requirements of this permit. As a reminder, if you change your project you must notify its and you may be required to send us a new application. If the property is sold, the permit must be formally transferred to the new owners/developers by submitting a Nante/Ownership Request Form to the DWQ with appropriate documentation. Failure to abide by the conditions and limitations contained in this permit may subject the Permittee to enforcement action by DWQ in accordance with North Carolina General Statue 143-2 15.6(a) to 143-215.6(c). If your plans to develop project have been abandoned and/or the property has been sold with the new owners pursuing a new development plan and you no longer require a stormwater permit you may request the permit be rescinded. Please submit a Rescission Request in writing to this Office outlining why the permit is no longer required. The Rescission Request will be considered on its merits, and may or may not be approved.
