On behalf of the Midgett Family heirs, Quible & Associates, P.C., hereby submit for your review
and approval an Express Permit Application package for the Midgett's Campground/RV Park.
The project site is located in Rodanthe, Dare County, North Carolina. The site is located
approximately 998 feet north of the intersection of NC Hwy. 12 and Myrna Peters Road (S.R.
1492). The latitude and longitude for the approximate center of this site are 35a35'54"N and
75a28'08"W. The subject property is located behind and slightly to the northwest of the Liberty
gas station on the west side of NC 12.
The proposed development will be comprised of 23 camp site/RV park lots. The total proposed
area of disturbance is 4.94 acres. Please see the attached plans.
The following items have been included in this package:
One (1) check in the amount of $4000.00 (Express Permit Review Fee) made payable to
the NCDE&NR
2. Two (2) copies of the NCDE&NR, DWQ; Stormwater Management Permit Application
Form
3. Two (2) copies of the Infiltration Basin Supplement Form SWU-103 Rev. 3.99 (5 total
