Washington Township, Beaufort County, North Carolina, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe located in the Easterly edge of
the right of way of U.S. Highway 264, said point of beginning
being located as follows: South 33 degrees 56 minutes 12
seconds East 20 feet from an iron pipe which is the
Southernmost corner of that property conveyed to Thomas H.
Sutton at ux in Deed Book 948, Page 865, Beaufort County
Registry, and thence from said point of beginning North 45
degrees 0 minutes 12 seconds East 357.37 feet to an iron
pipe; thence North 45 degrees 0 minutes 12 seconds East
217.34 feet to a point in Iron Mine Branch; thence North 61
degrees 58 minutes 52 seconds East 16.52 feet to a point in
