5. SEDIMENT SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE STORMWATER
RETENTION POND UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION
AND PRIOR TO FINAL PLANTING.
NOTE:
THE ANGLE FOR GRADED SLOPES AND FILL SHALL BE NO GREATER
THAN THE ANGLE THAT CAN BE RETAINED BY VEGETATIVE COVER
