4. After the site is stabilized, the temporary basin shall be
converted to a permanent infiltration basin.

6. Grade and shape the basin in accordance with this

The purpose of the level spreader is to convert
concentrated flow within the pipe to a dispersed
even flow into the vegetated buffer.
1. Water from the pond enters the blind Swale.
2. When the blind swale becomes full, water spills
over the level spreader.
3. The #57 stone inhibits erosion as water flows
off the level spreader.
4. The wooded vegetated buffer provided
additional filtration.
