A review of the Financial Responsibility/Ownersl- p (FRO) form required under the
Sedimentation Pollution Control Act received,."6n March 7, 2011 has determined that the Turnberry
Section 1 project may be subject to a State Stonmwater Permit for Post -construction.
Unless excluded under the provisions of Session Law 2006-246, Section 8, you must submit
within 30 days an application for a Post -Construction Stonnwater Permit to:
