Subject: RE: Wedgefield Phase III Storm Water
To m,
Thanks for following up on this for me. Based on the what you provided additional information is needed to finish our
review.
The following information is needed:
-Please provide information about the lots draining to the previously permitted BMP. We need to know the BUA
allowed per lot and the total amount of BUA.
-Please amend the stormwater narrative and any appropriate plan sheets to clearly convey that 108 lots are draining to
the new wet detention basin while 17 lots are being treated by a previously permitted BMP. Please provide necessary
information showing the previously permitted BMP can handle the addition BUA and is permitted to do so.
-Please include a plan sheet that summarizes the stormwater going offsite in order to include this in the other permit
file.
The requested information should be received by this Office prior to August 12, 2011, or the application will be returned
as incomplete. The return of a project will necessitate resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee.
If you need additional time to submit the information, please mail or fax your request for a time extension to the
Division at the address and fax number at the bottom of this letter. The request must indicate the date by which you
expect to submit the required information. The Division is allowed 90 days from the receipt of a completed application
to issue the permit.

Brian — I checked into your question to make sure I gave you the correct answer. Approximately 108 of the 125 lots drain
to the Phase III pond. The other area drains back to the Phase I pond which included the this drainage area and was
oversized to accommodate the runoff.
