Post Construction Stormwater Management Plan
The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (Berger) has been contracted to complete a Post -construction Stormwater
Management Plan for the 108'h ADA Brigade Complex at Fort Bragg.
Construction for the 1081h ADA Brigade Complex at Fort Bragg began on the site before a stormwater
plan was conceived, designed, permitted, or approved by NCDENR-DWQ. Existing dry sediment
detention basins are to be converted to wet detention basins per NCDENR-DWQ requirements to meet
TSS treatment and peak discharge requirements. The existing outlet structures are to be retained and
modified. Soils at the site are conducive to the use of wet detention basins, even though the water table
has not been identified. The wet detention basins have been designed to minimize additional disturbed
land area, make use of constructed site topography, and to accommodate the in place stormwater
collection system.
