Our designed PP is at el. 180.50. The grade across the site varies (el. 187-182), but in no case could the seasonal water table be above our PP elevation. As a result, please find our design a sufficient since we will not be draining wetlands, lowering the water table, or discharging below the existing natural outfall for the site. Thanks for your time and please contact me if you have any further questions. Have a good weekend. CHRIS MILLIS, Pr PARAMOUNTE ,1 N O . 111. 11 " . n. 6.. Fuller Jr. (wbfuller@aol.com) Subject: Request for additional information I have reviewed the application for Lot 2, Airport Commerce Park. Looks good, except for failing to provide the Season High Water Table (SHWT). 1) In the case of adjacent wetlands, the Permanent Pool (PP) must be set within 6" of the SHWT to avoid draining them off through the pond. 2) In the case of a high SHWT, and no adjacent wetlands, the PP should be set as close as possible to the SHWT, 3) Where that isn't possible, the temporary pool should be set using the SHWT elevation as the baseline. This allows for the potential of the SHWT elevation to remain above the PP, without affecting the pond's ability to store the minimum required design storm. Please provide the SHWT. Mike Randall
