GENERAL NOTES:
I. ALL PVC ROOF DRAINS WILL HAVE MAGNETIC TAPE WARNING DEVICE 6'BELOW SURFACE OVER PIPE.
2.AN EARLY SITE GRADING AND UTILITY CONTRACT WAS ISSUED FOR THIS PROJECT. AN AS -BUILT
SURVEY WILL BE PROVIDED. THIS CONTRACT WILL INCLUDE ALL PAVING AND FINISH GRADING TO MATCH
GRADES SHOWN. THE EXISTING GRADES SHOWN ON THIS PLAN IN PAVEMENT AREAS REPRESENT
THE FINISH GRADE OF THE PAVEMENT. THE EARLY SITE GRADING PACKAGE TOOK THIS INTO ACCOUNT.
THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING GRADES PRIOR TO BEG/NING WORK.
3-TEMPORARY SEEDING WAS PROVIDED TO STABILIZE THE SITE PRIOR TO THIS CONTRACT.
