The purpose of the inspection was to ensure compliance with State Stormwater Management Permit SW6080302 that was issued on May 9, 2008. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review. As a result of the inspection and subsequent file review, it has been determined that the facility is Not Compliant. The required actions that are necessary to bring this site into compliance are noted under the Inspection Summary and Comments sections of the report. Detention pond was completely dry at the time of inspection. Slight erosion observed along slopes, which should be repaired and vegetation re-established. The vegetative shelf should be located around the perimeter of the pond per the approved plans and at a slope of 10:1 with plantings suitable for intermittent dry and wet periods.
