I apologize for not getting back with you. My wife and I just had a child and I was out for several weeks. The 1545.3 is
correct according to the plans I have and our records. It represents an additional annual excess of 51.51 lbs N/yr for 30
years.

Hi Daryl,
I hope you are having a great week so far! I am in the process of finalizing my semi annual audit of all nutrient offset
mitigation bank sales this year. I am stumped on one transaction that I’m hoping you can help me with. Greene
Environmental Services provided 1,545.3 pounds of nitrogen offset credits to offset a project in Wilson known as
“United Tobacco Company Building #6”. Will you please confirm (email is fine) that this nitrogen offset was a
requirement by the City for their stormwater permit? I need to make sure the Bank’s sale of these credits is valid and
compliant with rules on nutrient offset payments.
