WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for a valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and pursuant to the terms of that certain Interlocal Agreement
dated effective as of April 1, 2006, by and between the County of Buncombe and the Buncombe
County Board of Education, has and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the Grantee in fee simple, all those certain parcels of land situated in Buncombe County, North
Carolina and more particularly described as follows:

BEING that said property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid parcels of land and all privileges and appurtenances
thereto belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
The Grantor makes no warranty, express or implied, as to title to the property hereinabove
described.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has hereunto set his hand and seal, or if corporate,
has caused this instrument to be signed in its corporate name by its duly authorized officers and
its seal to be hereunto affixed by authority of its Board, the day and year first above written.
