Thank you for the quick response. No we do not desire the pre‐filling meeting, I was just submitting as part of our due 
diligence on the project and as required under the updated regulations that require us to notify the state prior to any 
permit applications we may need. I meant to notify DWR when we submitted the PJD request to the USACE  but that 
was an oversight on my part. Although at this point I am not even sure we are required to submit a PCN based on 
anticipated impacts (0.02 acres in wetlands) but I am not 100% finished with my due diligence at this point.
