As you probably saw, they still haven't provided a diffuse flow plan. I talked with the consultant about this and I think he
now has a better understanding about what is needed. I suggest that we send another RFMI letter in the meantime
though. Sorry this took so long! The SW folks are keeping me on my toes. Please don't hesitate to remind me if you
need something from me.

Per the requirements of the Tar - Pamlico Riparian Buffer Rule, you must show that
this site meets diffuse flow requirements with a level spreader- vegetated filter
strip or other BMP per Chapter 8 of the BMP Manual (see
