On July 9, 2007, the Express Review Program of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received the
information to be able to review your application for the above referenced project. Please provide the
following information so that we may continue to review your project and prevent denial of your
application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506:
stormwater Management Plan: You have submitted a worksheet for an extended detention
wetland, however, your construction plans are labeled for a pond.
a. Please correct your construction sheet(s) to reflect a stormwater wetland.
b. Please provide a landscape planting plan for the stormwater wetland. See Chapter 6
for required items in a planting plan and Chapter 9 for information regarding

Please respond no later than July 16, 2007 by sending three (3) copies of the above information in writing
The Express Review Program is a process that requires all parties to participate in a timely manner.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters
or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not
