Section D: Summary of Finding/Comments (Attach additional sheets of narrative and checklists as necessary)
*The WWTP appeared to be very well operated and maintained. The WWTP staff uses a target mean
cell residence time (MCRT) to adjust sludge wasting rates, which varies between summer and winter
months.
*The current permit became effective May 1, 2021 and will expire April 30, 2026.
*WWTP staff as well as the laboratory staff do a very good job of keeping records of all plant data.
*The influent composite sampler is set up using constant time/constant volume.
The facility recently installed a BCR CleanB Biosolids dewatering system and it appears to be very
effective.
*AII the secondary clarifiers were clean and well maintained.
