This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. The WWTP staff uses a target mean cell residence time (MCRT) to adjust sludge wasting rates, which varies between summer and winter months. *The current permit became effective May 1, 2021 and will expire April 30, 2026. *WWTP staff as well as the laboratory staff do a very good job of keeping records of all plant data. *The influent composite sampler is set up using constant time/constant volume. The facility recently installed a BCR CleanB Biosolids dewatering system and it appears to be very effective. *AII the secondary clarifiers were clean and well maintained.
