property. Proposed impacts focus on very narrowditches to minimize the impact area on the site, while also allowing reasonable use of uplands on this
property.

Adam,
I do not need to make a site visit for the above referenced project, and concur with the delineation within the pink
outlined "Site Boundary" depicted on the attached "Baileywick Road Property Wetlands Delineation" exhibit. Due to
workload volume it may take 90-120 days for the issuance of a standalone JD, however, you may use the delineation for
planning and permitting purposes. Should the need for a permit arise the JD can be issued with the permit verification.
The AID for this project is SAW-2021-00670. I have attached the "Baileywick Road Property Wetlands Delineation"
exhibit for reference.
Please let me know if you have any questions/concerns.
