The Arthur's Creek project is located at 311 Charlie Braswell Road in
Goldsboro, NC and is approximately 66 acres. This project involves
the construction of a single-family residential development including
but not limited to; roadway infrastructure, utilities, SCM's and
residential lots. Existing conditions onsite consists primarily of
agricultural fields with some forested land. There are also a few farm
structures located on the property. Specifically, there are five (5)
wetlands, two (2) perennial streams, three (3) intermittent streams,
two (2) ditches, and one (1) non -jurisdictional wetland located on the
property. There are proposed impacts to streams, buffers, and
wetlands.
