1.The City of Raleighhas deposited monies with the Sponsor sufficient to acquire
27,057.00Buffer Credits (square feet)from the Bankfor use on its Smith Creek
Interceptor Improvementsproject(DWQ Project Number 13-0445) in Raleigh, NC.
2.The Smith Creek Interceptor Improvements project requires a total of 54,408.00 Riparian
Buffer Mitigation Credits in HUC Neuse 01as part of its mitigation.Of this amount
27,057.00Buffer Creditsare being provided by the Cedar Grove Nutrient Bank Site.
3.The Sponsor has deducted 27,057.00Buffer Creditsfrom the Bank’s credit ledger from
the Cedar GroveNutrient Bank Site.
A copy of the Cedar GroveNutrient Mitigation Site credit ledger reflecting the above transaction
is attached to this Affidavit.
